About me

"Success for me consists of two parts - Was the strategic business objective met? Did everyone in the group feel enabled to contribute at their best?"

I see societal structures as favouring individuals with certain identities, thereby giving them the privilege of greater access to power while marginalizing others. Due to this outlook, I put the value of inclusion and the importance of enabling and empowering those on the margins at the centre of all the work I do.

My approach to facilitation, training, and coaching has been significantly shaped by my experience working with a large international development charity focused on anti-racism and feminist leadership initiatives. Additionally, I have greatly benefited from training in Nancy Kline’s 'Time to Think' methodology, which has been instrumental in my development as a fully certified facilitator.

As a trainer, I use a collaborative and supportive approach, but one that offers challenge to participant’s on their terms. I create experiences and provide stimuli that encourage participants to find their own answers and understand things in meaningful ways.

My interest in designing training grew from my own experiences with various training programs. I was inspired by those that  led to behavioural change—when an idea is communicated so powerfully that it sparks transformation.

I have delivered numerous Leadership and Management training courses as an associate trainer as well as developing my own  courses. Most recently I have designed training on Inclusive Facilitation and various Neuro-inclusive sessions from all staff awareness building training to more intensive sessions on Neuro-inclusive Management.  This work has  been heavily influenced by the work of Nancy Doyle, a leading figure in the neurodiversity field.

Alongside facilitation and training, I offer one-on-one coaching. My approach  has been informed in part by the teachings of Catalyst 14 and their transformational coaching style and underpinned by the EMCC accreditation I hold. I work with clients from a variety of backgrounds—large charities and NGOs and corporate sector organisations.

I find coaching incredibly rewarding and humbling, as it allows me to create personalised experience for each coachee, tailored to their needs—whether it’s the amount of challenge they want or how creative or structured they prefer the coaching space to be. As a coach I enable coachees to make progress with their challenges and limiting assumptions they may be holding, and deep work on their sense of self to achieve meaningful growth.
