Why use me for facilitation?

Because you’re seeking expert design and delivery which puts inclusion, engagement and strategic thinking centre stage.

My approach -

I always allocate ample time to the planning and design phase of each facilitation or training session, as this foundational stage is crucial for creating an effective and inclusive event. Clients I work with often brief for a session that is engaging, strategically aligned with their objectives, and fosters an environment where all participants feel welcomed, safe, and empowered to contribute. Recognizing that each group dynamic and context is unique, I adopt a nuanced approach, tailoring my methods to address the specific needs of each situation.

My ability to remain flexible and responsive—while maintaining a structured framework—is a key aspect of my facilitation approach. This flexibility enables me to deliver a personalized experience that aligns with the client’s objectives and ensures a meaningful engagement.

During the sessions, I employ a variety of proven techniques to accommodate different preferences, ensuring that all participants are able to contribute effectively. I recognize that there is no one-size-fits-all approach, and I draw upon my understanding of group dynamics to manage the space effectively. This allows me to be responsive to emerging needs and situations that cannot always be anticipated. I utilize methods that facilitate swift and focused exploration of a question or rapid ideation, should the need arise.

You will receive the output from the day, along with valuable discussions, learnings, and connections that will extend beyond the immediate moment. Additionally, I am happy to share the inclusion techniques and observations for your future use.
