1-2-1 Coaching
Coaching provides a powerful space for reflection, self discovery and defining your next steps. A coaching programme with me typically consists of 5-7 one hour sessions spread over several months. You will define your umbrella coaching goals which serve to provide the direction of travel throughout the coaching journey.
As an experienced and EMCC accredited coach, I have worked with coachees from a diverse mix of organisations and at different levels of seniority. Fundamental to my success and enjoyment as a coach is my deep belief in the potential people hold within themselves and coaching's ability to unlock this.
